Online Booking Terms & Conditions
Your first invoice amount will be payable on the day you book your unit on our website. If you fail to show up on the day you have specified on the booking page, Beehive Self Storage Ltd will make two attempts to contact you with the details provided on your booking confirmation. If we have no success making contact with you, we will cancel the booking and the paid amount will be non-refundable.
Should you need to cancel or change your reservation please call us or email us as soon as possible. Our contact details will be provided on the booking confirmation email you will receive shortly after checkout. Free cancellation within the first 48 hours after making your booking.
General Information
Beehiveselfstorage.co.uk is a site operated by Beehive Self Storage Ltd, Mill Lane, Lopen, South Petherton, Somerset, TA13 5JS, registered number 02705042. By placing an order through our site, you warrant that:
1.You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
2.You are at least 18 years old
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us without giving any reason. If an order is refused or cancelled, we will attempt to notify you via the email address or phone number given at the time the order was placed. You agree that email can be used as a means of communication, notification and billing between us.
Personal Information
Your submission of personal information through this site is governed by our privacy policy, which can be found by clicking on the “Privacy Policy” link located in the footer section of this site.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on this website. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Price Match Promise
- We’ll match an alternative quote based on like-for-like service
- A like-for-like service means the same storage unit size, length of stay, location and any other store facilities, such as access and monitored alarms
- Our price match promise is subject to our storage unit availability
- The alternative storage quote must be no more than 30 days old
- Competitor must be within a 10 miles radius of the store location
- New customers only
- We do not match prices with our own stores
- The Manager’s decision is final
Half Price Offer
- Minimum storage period is 4 weeks or 8 weeks (depending on offer length)
- Offer is not currently available at Street
- Offer is applicable to new customers only (must not have stored within the last 6 months) and subject to availability
- Only one discounted unit per customer
- Recuring payments by payment card is required
- Cannot be combined with any other storage offer
- The Manager’s decision is final
Military Personnel 10% Discount
- Offer applies to the current advertised full-price rent
- Offer does not apply to Contents Protection or any ancillary charges or services.
- Offer is available for domestic use only for military personnel and is subject to availability
- Offer is applicable to new customers only (must not have stored within the last 6 months)
- Offer is not transferable
- Cannot be combined with any other storage offer
- Offer applicable during the duration of the contract
- Only one discounted unit per customer
- Valid military identification required before offer can be applied
- Beehive Self Storage reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time
- The Manager’s decision is final
