⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Good service. Clean and dry storage rooms. Courteous staff in Reception.
Allowed me to be flexible about the size of storeage rooms used – and the timing around moving out. Sorted the financial side without issue.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We rented two units in between house moves. From the start the team were very friendly and helpful advising on the size of unit(s) We made numerous visits and each time the same friendly faces greeted us. The units are excellent and access really easy. We needed to gain access for our removal company to assess the load and Van size. I rang Beehive and arranged for the padlocks to be cut and replaced, again this assisted and stopped a 500 mile round trip. Thank you to all the team at Taunton Beehive.

Good generous storage, excellent loading bay, staff on site. Well regulated to maintain distancing. Great countryside location yet plenty of work going on in units around so feels secure. Good value too.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I stored personal belongings in the Lopen facility for 3 years and was very pleased to find them in the same condition as when I left them. The people who run the site are professional, friendly and always at hand to provide any help needed. If I were being really picky, I’d say the available hours can be slightly restrictive but this wouldn’t stop me using them again in the future.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
How refreshing! I’m not a customer but had some items to drop off for a friend who has a unit here. I was expecting to have to carry everything from my car but the two ladies that were on reception just got straight up and came to help me unload – totally unexpected but I’m very grateful. Thanks ladies that’s what I call good service. One random act of kindness made all the difference to my day

Clean, tidy, efficient and excellent customer service!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Used the storage for 3 years, and I would share your details to anyone. First class service and a lovely clean environment. The staff at the Taunton branch have been amazing they are a credit to your company. They are always polite and helpful, and always have a smile on their faces. I would 100% use your company again.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Absolutely brilliant place. Units are clean and well kept areas, the people working there are friendly and very helpful.
Can’t thank them enough for their help over last couple of years.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Possibly one of the easiest customer service experiences we have ever had. From booking the unit online to vacating, the process was smooth, efficient and effortless. It was also very affordable. We only hired a unit for 4 weeks due to storing our possessions during a house move. As a result, we took advantage of the 50% offer for the first 4 weeks. However, if we had needed to we would have paid another 4 weeks at full price as this was very reasonable – especially for the quality of service.
The main thing that made the process so easy was the Beehive team! Everytime we came into the unit we were greated by friendly faces and a smile. A genuine customer experience that made you feel like you were their ONLY customer. This was always effortless to, with no sense of it being forced as can sometimes be the case in retail etc.
We will be recommending Beehive storage to people in the future. Thank you guys!

The staff are nice & helpful. The facility is spotlessly clean and well maintained. I must thank the owners who offered me a military veterans discount.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Fantastic modern storage company – best in the West! Extremely friendly and helpful staff and the facility itself is kept very clean (well done those staff), secure and – importantly – dry. Accessibility and parking are also excellent.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We used Beehive initially as a temporary storage that became mid to long term. we had a smaller sized unit that we filled to the rafters! When we came back a year later the stuff was still dry and in no way damp. Friendly staff and efficient service
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I found the facility to be well managed, clean and efficient plus friendly. The unit was excellent and would recommend Bee Hive to anyone looking to store items.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
These guys are great. Not only are the facilities great, but the service was excellent and went above and beyond to assist me last minute. The staff were great and even assisted me with a help involving nothing to do with their business. Would strongly recommend for anyone looking for storage.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Not sure what to say other than their prices are very reasonable and the staff are friendly and helpful. Access is easy because they’re in the middle of nowhere
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I had a significant amount of property in storage at Beehive for nearly a decade following a bereavement. They were excellent from the outside, with very reasonable rates. The items in storage did not deteriorate in any way. Access is easy (I had both ground and first floor units, and the lift and trolley provision is great), and the staff are always helpful and friendly – and I always felt well looked after. I would highly recommend Beehive.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Safe and secure indoor storage with no concerns about how safe and dry belongings are. Always well looked after, would highly recommend.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Brilliant for storage, prices are very reasonable, staff friendly and helpful, everything stays dry at all times. Very clean and tidy. Highly recommend.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Very pleasant and professional service with a willingness to correct small mishaps promptly and without argument. A rare gem in an otherwise declining UK service sector.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We have used Beehive a couple of times and have found them to be the perfect storage solution. Good friendly staff and a very fair price charged. Will certainly use them again if required.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Friendly team, clean units. Lucky to be offered two units on the ground floor right by the loading bays.
Security 24/7. Climate controlled. Plenty of trolleys, cages, sack barrels to get your things from van to unit.
Would highly recommend Beehive storage.
